Depending on the consent you provide, these messages may include informational and transactional messages (responses to inquiries, product photos and specs you requested, price quotes, appointment confirmations, delivery updates, and order or service follow-up) and, only if you separately and affirmatively consent, marketing and promotional messages (sales, clearance events, new inventory, and special offers).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records to any third party under any circumstances. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the messaging service providers that operate our text messaging platform on our behalf, solely to transmit the messages you have consented to receive, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. This restriction applies regardless of any other sharing described in this Privacy Policy.

How you opt in: You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through the chat widget on a4llittlerock.com and checking the applicable consent box. Consent boxes are unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required in order to contact us.

Message frequency and cost: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us; you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. We share personal information only with service providers who perform services on our behalf (website hosting, CRM, messaging and email delivery, payment processing, financing, delivery and installation, and analytics), with financing partners you choose to apply with, where required by law, and in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information. As stated in Section 4, we do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
